Confidentiality and Privacy

At Implicit Simplicity I will never give your information to a third party. All information collected is used for the purpose of engaging my services. If I need to give information or talk to your plan managers, support coordinators or other parties we will let you know and get your consent.

Often I will ask for your NDIS plan, if you have one. This ensures I am using the right line items and providing support that is tailored to your needs as an NDIS participant. Your plan is never given out to third parties and your information remains confidential.

I am bound by my duty of care to let parents (in the case of minors) or authorities know if there is significant risk of harm to the participant or to others.

Clients confidentiality and privacy are paramount. Our conversations are not relayed to another party unless expressed permission from the client is granted either verbally or in writing. In the case of minors under 18 years old I will complete a summary of the session which can be available on request. Summaries are confidential but can be sent to a third party if the client has given written or verbal permission. Summaries are an overview and do not contain the specifics of the conversation as that is confidential.
